12" Round Stepping Stone

The Stepping Stones should be "cured" for a month to allow all the moisture to come out of them. Keep them somewhere inside your house or garage.

The Stepping Stone should then be sealed with one coat of Thompson's Concrete Water Seal (or follow the directions for any comparable product)--preferably the top and bottom of the stone, but only the concrete, not the glass. If you get any on the glass, wipe it off with a rag or towel so that the water seal will not leave a film deposit. If you still have a residue on the glass after the water seal has dried, paint thinner will clean this off.

The Stepping Stones should then be sealed once a year to protect it from the rain, etc. Your Stepping Stone is now all set to stay outside during all kinds of weather!
